Simcoe and Citra dry hops form a pinnacle of lush citrus and pine aromas in this modern interpretation of the classic India Pale Ale. Our hopback infuses flavor from whole cone hops to build a complex body, further emboldened by the addition of an oil-rich, concentrated hop flower resin called lupulin powder. This potent powder kicks up a fresh hoppy dominance, which is supported by a backbone of unique specialty malts. Golden amber in color and refreshing in taste, Hop Peak IPA is a congratulatory drink for reaching any of life’s summits.

Meh, a good PA but a bit old school, almost English IPA status. Quite malty, quite good!

Opaque amber appearance with a small white head and a fair amount of lacing. Familiar aroma of citrus and pine that does not stretch much further. Flavor is more intense than expected. Pine shines a bit brighter while the citrus still flourishes. Resinous aftertaste. Sharp, clean, dry, well carbonated mouthfeel. Could not find a freshness date.

Lmao at the description trying to hype this up as some unique experience. I will say it's 100% not a bad ipa. Taste and smell are both there, it's just not my favorite taste profile. Definitely not the worst IPA out there but not even close to a great one either like......if literally anyone reads this who hasn't tried one of Colorado's smaller brewers like Cerebral or New Image or shit even cult classics like Weldwerks try that instead. Shit if you haven't tried O'Dell or Avery somehow either go there too.

Poured a nice hazy orange with about an inch of white head that stayed for about 5 minutes. Good lacing on the glass as the head died down and through completion. Pine on the front end with some citrus. The taste was very similar to the smell. Mouthfeel is pretty thin and the taste doesn't linger too much. Not a bad IPA, just not complex IPA. It was decent and not off-putting, yet not memorable either.

19.2 (!?) oz can with a 29 August 2021 canning date stamped on the bottom.
Appearance. Pours with a clear amber colored body with a very good and durable white head.
Aroma. Pine and citrus fruit notes.
Flavor. Follows the aroma. This has moderate strength and bitterness for the style.
Feel. Medium body with medium+ carbonation.

This is a 12oz. bottle tipped into my 20oz. weizen glass. This is a yellow/orange hazy ale with a robust amount of carbonation. At the start there was an inch and a half of fluffy white foam that settled to a quarter of an inch, with thick lacing left behind.
The aroma is a very noticeable citrus and pine. This can be picked up at a distance from the time the bottle was opened.
The taste is the same as the nose. There is the sweet but tart citrus followed by the dry pine that gives you that little pucker.
The feel is smooth with the dry pucker I expect from an IPA.
This was very refreshing after doing several hours of yard work. I am about to cook up fish, we'll se how this goes with supper! I was not disappointed. I am not a big IPA guy, but some of these are starting to grow on me. Thanks for leaving these behind Steiny!

Single 12-ounce can copped from Bottle King in Morris Plains. Pours a ruddy copper hue with moderate frothing. Pronounceable aroma redolent of tart citrus and bitter grapefruit. Approachable drinkability characterized by a sharp hop flavor. Goes by the way of the form book inasmuch as American IPAs are considered.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled resinous, piney and citrusy with some toffee notes. Sharp, piney bitterness with toasted caramel and a citrusy kick.
