Notes:
Simcoe and Citra dry hops form a pinnacle of lush citrus and pine aromas in this modern interpretation of the classic India Pale Ale. Our hopback infuses flavor from whole cone hops to build a complex body, further emboldened by the addition of an oil-rich, concentrated hop flower resin called lupulin powder. This potent powder kicks up a fresh hoppy dominance, which is supported by a backbone of unique specialty malts. Golden amber in color and refreshing in taste, Hop Peak IPA is a congratulatory drink for reaching any of life’s summits.

Opaque amber appearance with a small white head and a fair amount of lacing. Familiar aroma of citrus and pine that does not stretch much further. Flavor is more intense than expected. Pine shines a bit brighter while the citrus still flourishes. Resinous aftertaste. Sharp, clean, dry, well carbonated mouthfeel. Could not find a freshness date.

Lmao at the description trying to hype this up as some unique experience. I will say it's 100% not a bad ipa. Taste and smell are both there, it's just not my favorite taste profile. Definitely not the worst IPA out there but not even close to a great one either like......if literally anyone reads this who hasn't tried one of Colorado's smaller brewers like Cerebral or New Image or shit even cult classics like Weldwerks try that instead. Shit if you haven't tried O'Dell or Avery somehow either go there too.

Poured a nice hazy orange with about an inch of white head that stayed for about 5 minutes. Good lacing on the glass as the head died down and through completion. Pine on the front end with some citrus. The taste was very similar to the smell. Mouthfeel is pretty thin and the taste doesn't linger too much. Not a bad IPA, just not complex IPA. It was decent and not off-putting, yet not memorable either.

19.2 (!?) oz can with a 29 August 2021 canning date stamped on the bottom.
Appearance. Pours with a clear amber colored body with a very good and durable white head.
Aroma. Pine and citrus fruit notes.
Flavor. Follows the aroma. This has moderate strength and bitterness for the style.
Feel. Medium body with medium+ carbonation.

This is a 12oz. bottle tipped into my 20oz. weizen glass. This is a yellow/orange hazy ale with a robust amount of carbonation. At the start there was an inch and a half of fluffy white foam that settled to a quarter of an inch, with thick lacing left behind.
The aroma is a very noticeable citrus and pine. This can be picked up at a distance from the time the bottle was opened.
The taste is the same as the nose. There is the sweet but tart citrus followed by the dry pine that gives you that little pucker.
The feel is smooth with the dry pucker I expect from an IPA.
This was very refreshing after doing several hours of yard work. I am about to cook up fish, we'll se how this goes with supper! I was not disappointed. I am not a big IPA guy, but some of these are starting to grow on me. Thanks for leaving these behind Steiny!

Single 12-ounce can copped from Bottle King in Morris Plains. Pours a ruddy copper hue with moderate frothing. Pronounceable aroma redolent of tart citrus and bitter grapefruit. Approachable drinkability characterized by a sharp hop flavor. Goes by the way of the form book inasmuch as American IPAs are considered.

12oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled resinous, piney and citrusy with some toffee notes. Sharp, piney bitterness with toasted caramel and a citrusy kick.

A hop lover just emptied two brown twelve ounce bottles of this into a clear glass liter mug. A sharp piney aroma has already been welcomed by the nose. The look is a rather translucent amber with a modest white head. Disappointingly, this is a one dimensional piney bitter hop offering. The body is terribly lacking in substance. The hop sensation isn't as good as the nose predicted. It's OK and at least comes in at IPA level, but without any complexity, nor malt contrast. The glass lacing is OK, maybe a little better than expected with the lack of body. Not a terrible brew, just an OK IPA.

Looks great going into a glass: holds a nice, soft head with a dark-yellow & hazy body. Smells like a pine tree, I thought it was Christmas in the glass. True to the Rockies, tastes like a pine tree is in your mouth with subtle hints of grapefruit and strong scents of hop resin. Overall, a great beer in my opinion. Feels like an IPA should feel, bitter and dry with a creaminess in the mix. Balanced and beautiful, one of my favorite IPAs (including blood-orange brews). I've been coming back for some time so figured I'd write a review. I try a lot of locally brewed IPAs and this one definitely stands out.

12oz can served in a tulip. Best by 01/02/21.
Pours somewhat hazy yellow-orange with a fairly large head and moderate carbonation. Smell is grapefruit, lemon, hop resin.
Taste is lemon and bitterness, a little grain, cut greens.
Mouthfeel is medium. Overall...it's all right. Not bad to drink, but not something I'm going to be excited to drink .

Poured from a 12-oz can and good two-finger plus head formed. Decent lacing on the glass. Strong pine and citrus aromas come through with this beer which very pleasantly set you up for taking a drink. Nice copper color. Very nice level of hoppiness and mellows out at the finish. The piney aftertaste is a little bit much for my liking but this is still a very enjoyable beer with a good level of carbonation. Good beer overall.

Hazy yellow, nice white head, great retention and lace
Dank, pine, and grapefruit aromas
Lots of grapefruit and pine hop flavor.
Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation
This is a sleeper, old meets new IPA. As much as I want to hate on AB-INBEV beers, this hits the spot.

See through, light golden with a big head and lots of bubbles throughout. Nose is very citrus based with some sweet caramel malt in the mix here. A bit “one note” but nice none the less. Pretty nice flavor where the sweetness comes through early and defeats most of the back end bite. Good flavors of sweet n tangy citrus with some sticky pine through the finish. Good carbonation adds to this brew. Pretty decent overall.

12oz can with a best by date of 8-29-20, opened on 7-12-20.
2+ fingers of white dense foam, excellent retention. Early thick and sticky lacing.
Orange-golden color IPA with a slight chill haze to start. The haze remains throughout...unfiltered?
Bready caramel malt sweetness up front. Floral, pine, and citrus hop aromas.
Classic citrus and pine IPA hop flavors. Big malt bill carries it effortlessly, same bready malt as in the nose.
Substantial bodied IPA, smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel. A hefty punch of bitterness in a lengthy off-dry finish.
Pleasant surprise here, this is a big and flavorful well made IPA. Classic flavors and body of IPA memories.
Very Good to Outstanding.
