Presented in a classic throwback can, this easy-drinking pale ale was brewed to celebrate the rich legacy of our home town hero Denver Broncos. We sourced all Colorado ingredients to craft a beer that showcases what it truly means to be in Broncos Country.
High Wire hops from the North Fork Valley impact a delicate citrus hop aroma. Locally sourced malts provide a light malty backbone that finished clean and dry.
IBU: 30

Had on tap at Bout Tome Pub & Grub Arvada
On arrival for the bartender this one looks pretty nice. A fine one finger just a touch off white head that slowly recedes to a decent covering and ring around that glass that clings to the sides. Body is a golden amber with a moderate to light haze, and fine lazy carbonation. Light lacing is present.
Aroma is pretty traditional for an APA, a light but sweet malt in the background with a fruity lightly resinous hop note. Could be a bit maltier for the style but it's almost there. Also a bit fruity for the style and verging on a full blown IPA. Despite this everything is a bit light.
Taste brings a bit of intensity with an immediate hop presence. Bitter right off the bat then a transition to a lightly fruity and citrusy hop flavor. It's going great with these Cajun fries... With food it's difficult to pick up much malt at all unfortunately, but other than that this is pretty nice and quite drinkable. Despite this it does come off as pretty balanced.
Feel is both refreshing and full bodied. With a longer finish and a mouthcoating feel, this one is definitely a "GameDay beer" to kickback with and catch a bit of a buzz, but bigger than the traditional AAL.
Overall for what it is its decent. Quality ingredients and a clean brew but lacking a little something. Probably malt flavor and a bit more creative hop bills. It's to be expected from Breck Brewing a decent beer that appeals to the masses of craft beer posers, and could be better.

43 to 8 yo, that's what this reminded me of. The taste was stale and yucky despite the can being pretty fresh. To me this was a let down as I actually like a bit of their products. Kinda seems like they just takin fans $$$$

Deep, golden body; gently rising carbonation; thick and creamy white head; sticky patches and fingers of foam coat the glass. Pleasing aroma; cereal grain dominating with a touch of sweetness on the nose. Lightly toasted grain flavor; a touch of honey; faint note of citrus sweetness; mild, balanced presence of hop bitterness. Medium body; gentle warmth; nice sweet and dry combination with the mouthfeel.
Malt-forward, balanced and discreetly complex. A very nice pale ale.
