Inspired by cloudy springtime sun gleaming off the Rockies, Hazy pilsner is pale straw in color with notable haze. Dry-hopped Saaz and Willamette hops bring bright citrus, spice and faint malty aromas. The unfiltered haze makes for a soft, medium body that is balanced by a lightly hopped, crisp and refreshing finish. Hazy Pilsner is best enjoyed when the colder months wane and promise of summer is ahead.

Hazy, pale gold body with a medium size white head and good lacing. Muted aroma, a bit on the spicy side with a biscuity edge. Taste is grainy, still displaying the spiciness found in the aroma, along with a herbal quality. Caught a passing note of melon but it did not have an impact. Light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel with a short lived finish. Overall, not terrible but a long way from a quality German pilsner.

Hazy straw yellow color with a substantial but short lived white foam head and plenty of decent lacing while it lasts.
The aroma is light malt with some floral notes, citrus and plum.
The taste is slightly sweet tangerine, grapefruit, and plum with a nice light malt base. The finish is drier with grapefruit and floral notes.
The body is medium, fairly strong carbonation, crisp and very drinkable.
Altogether. this is a very tasty and enjoyable take on the Pilsner style with IPA notes. Very nice.

12oz bottle. Poured out a hazy, golden yellow color with a small, white head of fluffy foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of crackers, bread crust and floral notes. Sweet caramel, light toffee, some citrus and a mild bitterness.

Hazy Pilsner pours a hazy, brighter color, with a large, long lasting, lacing head. Aroma is bright grain, farm notes, and a bit of skunk. Flavor is bitter, then finishes pretty sweet, light grain notes, a hint of skunk. Good body and fell. Overall, interesting, nice mix of sweet and bitter.

Appearance: Pours a mostly clear, light and pale yellow color with a moderate white head. SRM of 5 or less. (3.75)
Aroma: Strong aromas of flower upfront. Also black tea, orange and nectarine citrus. A strong skunkiness underneath. Yeast and pale malts as well. (4.00)
Flavor: Strong flavors of black tea, flower, and earthy grassy hops. Some salty bread. A strong skunkiness lingers underneath. (3.50)
Feel: Medium bodied. Strong carbonation. Strong yeast and finish is crisp on the palate as described. (4.25)
Compared to Blue Moon Belgian White 3/25/22: Pours a lighter color. Stronger aromas. More flower, black tea, crisp pale and bread malts. Less orange and oxidation.
Overall: A hazy pilsner with an earthy and flowery component. Some black tea too. Leans earthy like an English ale. Unfortunately, this one is bottled and light struck bringing some unwanted skunk to to this one. Otherwise it drinks very flowery, hoppy, and grassy as prescribed and crisp and clean as well. (Final Rating: 3.76)

Breckenridge Brewery "Hazy Pilsner"
12 fl. oz brown glass bottle, "BEST ENJOYED BY 051322 BR 0806". Sampled on 032522.
$2 @ ACME #2762, Philadelphia, PA
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a hazy straw gold body beneath a full head of white foam that's unfortunately dropped fairly readily. On the upside there's a lot of nice lacing left behind. The aroma clearly displays Saaz hops and Pilsner malt. It's bright and fresh and welcoming. The taste follows and it's richly malty, grassy, spicy, and subtly earthy. A firm bitterness balances it and it finishes dry. in the mouth it's medium bodied and crisp.

This wasn't bad and looked the part but kind of... eh. Not too surprised but I've had worse. I'd drink it again if I don't have to pay for it lol. Just not very crisp at the end.
