This was a clear yellow wheat beer with a big head.
The aroma was somewhat fruity, with a definite Cascade hop body.
The taste was more bitter than a usual wheat beer, with a huge Cascade hop flavor that lingers to a long aftertaste.
This was a very good wheat beer, although it did not have as much wheat taste as I expected.

The beer pours a limpid deep gold color with a smallish head that is frothy in texture and the color bright white and as it dissipates the resultant lace a thin covering upon the glass. Nose has hints of wheat, sweet malt, with the start sweet and a light grain profile, the top skeletal in its feel to the palate. Finish is minimally acidic with the hops sparse and the aftertaste dry.
