On tap at the brewery. The server described this as a Dubbel. Poured into a fluted tulip glass, thick egg cream colored head, very slow to recede. I had to drink around the foam for a better part of the glass. Color is a dark mahogany red, dense through the center.
Smell has a mild minty aroma surrounded by a caramel maltiness. Taste has more of the green mint spice with other spices coming in. A little nutmeg and cinnamon.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied from the carbonation, though the texture overall is a little thin. The mint really creates an interesting experience, one I wasn't expecting but enjoyed none the less.

Another good offering from the guys over at 75th street brewery. Had on tap, poured a crisp amber with a large off white head that lingered around for the entirety of the drink. Left lacing all the way down the glass. Aroma is of spices, nutmeg, cinnamon and maybe raisins. Taste is a much the same except there is an alcohol kick at the end that reminds me of a bourbon aged beer. Mouthfeel is full and thick...very velvety. A very drinkable beer.
