Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a hazy yellow-amber color with a medium thin and foamy ivory white head that diminishes slowly. Wheat and bready malt in the nose. Light, smooth body with mild wheat and malt flavors with a bit of floral hops. The finish is short and wheaty with touches of sweet fruit in the aftertaste. Overall this is a by-the-numbers affair.

A - Poured out a hazy, golden, yellow color with a foamy, white, one-finger head. Left nice lines of lace.
S - It smelled of wheat and lots of clove.
M - It tasted strongly of wheat, yeast and clove. A nice sweet quality to it.
M - It was fairly crisp and sharp. A light-bodied beer.
D - This is a very nice beer. A good sweet wheat beer.

On draft at the brewpub.
Aroma: None really to speak of. Grainy and very light lemony scent.
Apperance: Hazy straw yellow with a thin head and some lacing.
Flavor: Mostly just some grain flovors
Mouthfeel: Felt pretty grainy in the mouth too. Not much carbonation.
Overall: I guess this would be considered a refreshing beer, but I would not want it again.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy yellow brown color with very low head.
Smell: The smell is very difficult to note. It may be too subtle.
Taste: Taste is a very mellow wheat flavor - mildy skunky, with a hint of the banana and citrus punched in there too. Not bad overall, but I'm not sure if any one flavor is confident enough to take over.
This is highly drinkable.

From the Lawrence location.
Poured a pale golden color, a bit hazy. Aroma of grains and some slight malty sweetness to it.
The grains and malty sweetness make up the majority of the taste, too, but as the taste fades, I pick up a bit of a citrusy taste to it. Clean and smooth feel to it.
Pretty standard wheat, but it's not really too bad.

Served unfiltered, cloudy, yellowish, slightly tawnyÂ… white head with weak retention, some lace. Vaguely musty, yeasty, and wheaty nose. Ditto for the palate, the mustiness works in harmony with the wheat. Light body, pleasing to drink, this is another typical (standard) American Wheat, nothing special but that is not a bad thing.

This unfiltered German wheat ale is a bright light hazy yellow color with absolutely no head retention. The aroma is light and malty with a very light ester character. The beer is quite malty with a hint of biscuity malt flavor and latent hop bite. The finish is clean and crisp. The brew also has a certain fruity character I cannot place that runs throughout. Unique, but not my favorite.
