This German-style wheat brew is not nearly as hazy as the other wheat offerings and the color is much darker, almost amber with no head. There is an obvious banana aroma. The lighter-medium body supports a conspicuous ester flavor and (unfortunately) a very soda-like sanitizer flavor. Tat extra little flavor ruined the beer for me. Too bad.
