Poured into a large mug from the tap at River Side Brewpub in Sofia.
A: The beer is a slightly hazy light gold with a 2 finger slightly offwhite head with good retention.
S: not much here, and that's a disappointment. A bit of malt after digging.
T: Hardly much hoppiness. Very smooth going down with a slight fruity twinge and a hint of bread.
Notes: Brewed to the taste of Bulgaria... Can be consumed in large quantities - easy drinking and somewhat watery, though with some semblance of taste. There are better options, even in Bulgaria.
