Poured from the tap at River Side Brewery in Sofia.
A: The beer is a black color with some dark red and brown notes coming through at the bottom. Head is light tan, frothy, and 2 fingers thick with OK retention.
S; A hint of roasted malt over a light bitter chocolate backbone. Some dark bread.
T: Slightly fruity, berry taste on the into. Sweet malt inside. Creamy. Finishing with a light roasted character and toasted bread. A slight fleeting bitterness comes in at the end, leaving you wanting a bit more.
F; Somewhat lighter body but very smooth.
D: High. I have drank a lot of this at River Side and Luciano's (the other HBH pub in Sofia, BG).
