Bottle conditioned. Thick frothy head. Amber colour.
Sweet hoppy aroma. Light phenol.
Candied citrus fruit flavour. Mild astringency to finish. Decent balance.
Soft feel due to the conditioning.

500ml, bottle-conditioned. Pours clear red-brown, with thin, lasting head. Aroma and taste: spicy, with berry fruit. Mouthfeel: syrupy, appropriate for its abv. Bitterness well-balanced. Overall: a superior beer thanks to bottle-conditioning.
