Bock beers are strong lagers – though not all strong lagers are bocks. The term is best applied to a smooth, malty beer with a hint or more of sweetness. So, this lager beer is strong, of smooth character, and well balanced with hop and malt flavor.

What a great looking beer. There is orange and yellow highlights throughout. Notes of light caramel, apples, and floral aroma. Head was completly gone by the time the pint got to my table. There was an unpleasant sourness in the aftertaste. Hopfully they will impove on this by next year.
