A prominent to intense hop aroma that is derived from American varieties (a citrusy hop character is present) and European varieties (floral and spicy). In our version we use Chinook and Horizon – from the Pacific Northwest and English Fuggle and German Hallertaur. Also dry hopped for an additional hoppy aroma. Clean malty sweetness is found in the background. Fruitiness, either from esters or hops, is also present. Some alcohol can be noted, but it does not have a "hot" character.

A - Poured a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It had minimal lacing.
S - Sweet boozy caramel aroma with a mild yeastiness.
T - Sweet caramel and booze lead off this one. The yeast and spice take a backseat.
M - It was crisp yet a little sticky. A full bodied ale with a strong alcohol warmth.
O - This is interesting. It might need some time to mellow out a bit.
