Had many many pours of this at Winterfest.

A- Poured a semi-hazy golden yellow color with a hint of orange to it. One finger white head shows medium retention. Good sticky lacing on the sides of the glass.

S- This has a nice citrus blast from the hops right from the get go. A small bit of bittering hops are used as well but it is the undertone of the beer aroma. Some light sweet malts and a interesting fruity aroma which I can't place my finger on. A very interesting aroma which I enjoyed a lot.

T- Big citrus blast in the front of the beer. Grapefruit and orange front with it. A ton of nice underlying caramel malts give this beer a nice balanced body to the beer. This is where the beer gets different in terms of most DIPA's. There is a nice strawberry burst in the ending of the beer. I mean this is like a big juicy burst of strawberry with a nice light crisp bitter bite. The alcohol shows up right in the ending but doesn't overtake the flavor at all.

M- Medium mouthfeel. Carbonation is good for the beer. Citrus hops with light malt left on the palate. Alcohol, strawberry, and light bitter faded hops in the aftertaste. Flavors were hop forward which should be for the style but not over the top and rather balanced. No off flavors at all. Medium alcohol drying on the palate.

D- This beer is good. Actually nevermind this beer is fantastic. I kept going back for more samples of this. A nice jump into the IPA realm and I can't wait for this brewery to start putting something like this into their lineup.
