On tap @ the source.
A: Pours a deep dark reddish brown with crimson highlights under a half-inch thick tan head which leaves spots of lace.
N: Fruity (rasberries), grainy, floral, some wood and yeast.
T: Jammy rasberries, woody/earthy, faint yeast, fair sweetness but not cloying. Notable raison and toffee/caramel too.
M: Semi-full body and medium carbonation. Sweetish, malty and dry fruity finish.
O: A nice belgian quadruple with the rasberry puree being a good addition.
