Rich, dark amber, malty and full-bodied, this English-style Old ale is showing its age with a complex blend of dried-fruit, molasses & toffee qualities. After 12 months in a Semler Syrah barrel, vinous tannins meld together in a Sherry-like maturity with alcohol warming qualities lingering on the palette.
