This was LadyFace's Weekly Cask beer, their Chesebro Imperial IPA infused with double espresso. The Cask temp wasn't particularly appealing for such a hop forward base beer. However the espresso infusion eased that hop bitterness down with more pleasant and appropriate coffee tones. Overall I think it worked, but I'll always prefer just the standard Chesebro. If served cold, I'd imagine it would have been a more bitter comparison to possibly Stone's Mocha IPA.
