This beer was a Cask variation of the Reyes Adobe Imperial Red, this time brewed with habanero peppers and orange zest.

This Cask was actually really good. Although brewed with habanero, you don’t get as much of a spicy kick as you’d think, however the orange zest comes through so much. Marmalade on the nose and a sweet orange rind flavor with a subtle but noticeable kick on the back end. Smooth and creamy on Cask, and overall a really great beer. Almost reminded me a little of this spicy tamarind candies a bit too.
