Taster of this week’s cask, 1/20/18. Chesebro Imperial brewed with Cascade hops.
Slightly hazier pour than the regular Chesebro, slightly lighter color as well. I’m not a fan of cask IPAs, but this one holds up pretty well. Earthy, grassy, and bitter. Again, a little unbalanced at cask temp but definitely drinkable and very smooth for nearly 10%.
