pours a bright strawish, golden yellow. nice bubbly head, a bit rocky, egg white (whipped look). Very aromatic, herbs, spice, citrus, orange peel. Mouthfeel is pretty light, it goes down pretty easy (good texture). Taste is typical wit with more texture, very herbal and spicy towards finish.
I may have gotten a glass from the bottom of the keg, bexause I had a floater in my glass, it appeared to be thyme.
It was an interesting and good experimental beer.
