Appearance for this beer pours a murky/dirty orange, with no head or lacing.
Aroma on this beer has some fruity characteristics due to the Bleg. yeast, and an evergreen/mint note is present. The herbal/minty/evergreen notes come from the CHAMOMILE that was infused into this beer.
A bit of tartness is lingering.
I taste banana and spices along with wood/oak characters.I get sweetnes (maybe Belgian Dark Candi Sugar). Herbs/chamomile is there in the taste (subtle but there).
All in all its a great tasting beer, the look of it doesn't refelect it though.

Excellent version of the standard tripel at Ladyface.
Basically, this version of their tripel adds a wonderful vanilla and coconut character to the beer. The mouthfeel is rich and creamy.
Sweet in a most pleasant way with immense drinkability.
The tripel is quite nice - this version, however, definitely takes it to a new level. Highly recommended.
