La Blonde with orange peel and dry hopped with Centennial hops.
A: Pours a nice golden hue with an above average white head. Pretty good retention and some floaties.
S: Very citric. The orange peel melds nicely with the grapefruit from the dry hopping. Mild yeast and a touch of spice.
T: Very much like the aroma. Very citric, mostly grapefruit with strong notes of herbal grass. Hints of sweet orange juice and notes of yeast.
M: Nice light carbonation with a nice balance of sweetness, grass, and citrus.
D: Good, a nice offering.
