Sampled 11/24/2010 at the brewpub.
This is the Trois Filles Tripel made with Honeyblush Vanilla Tea. Cask only.
Pours semi ugly murky dark orange with no head, lacing, or retention.
Aroma is vanilla, banana, booze, and bread. Actually fairly inviting.
Flavor is well, cask inspired. Flat, warm, lots of vanilla flavor, some flowery qualities, dry, bitter, some booze, and a touch of banana.
Body is light/medium and could stand to not be served on cask. Surprisingly easy to drink.
