Weekly cask offering composed on Chesebro DIPA as the base with Citra, Cascade, and Amarillo whole leafs dry hopped into the firkin.

A: Slightly hazy, dark orange with a small white head which fades to a tiny island in the center of the glass. Good clumpy lace.

N: Tropical citrusy, floral and dankness up-front with catty and pine notes.

T: Juicy and fresh citrus fruits, grassy and weedy. Pine comes along on the finish. Sweet malts come balanced throughout.

M: Low carb (cask), medium body. Strong malt backbone balances the big hops. Dry and bitter finish.

O: Nice offering. Wishing this was carbed up.
