Cask of the week. Blind Ambition with Elderberries. Style could be Belgian amber, if that was an option.
A: Pours amber with a fine off-white head which leaves some spotty lace.
N: Fruity almost vinous with bready yeast.
T: Bready yeast leads followed by a nice grape-like fruitiness. Slightly sweet.
M: Medium body and carbonation (cask). Bready finish.
O: Good balance and choice of elderberry with Belgian amber.
