Cask of the week. This is La Grisette with raw ginger added.
A: Pours a hazy straw yellow with a one-inch fine white head which fades to a cap and leaves splotchy lace.
N: Mild ginger, floral, lemony, earthy, wheat and grains.
T: Like a slightly tart, fluffy white cloud with mellow ginger, lemon, and wheat. Balanced without the ginger being too sharp or overpowering.
M: Semi-moderate body and medium carbonation (hand pump). Creamy and smooth, Lingering ginger and lemony finish.
O: Refreshing quaf for summer in Agoura Hills.
