Thoroughly cloudy with an exuberant foam. Mouthfeel is sudsy and mouth filling. Hops are Mosaic and Citra with wheat and oats to make it murky. Aromas of pineapple and lime. Flavor is grapefruit juice with a touch of applesauce.
Pleasantly sweet and malty with an acidic edge. Moderate bitterness but the aftertaste is sharp and peppery. Overall this is seriously hopped but decent for sipping. This is more of a New England style but certainly a hot and alcoholic DIPA. From the 16 oz can purchased at Whole Foods in Oakland.
