L: Hazy straw yellow with 2 fingers of head from a standard pour. Really nice amounts of lacing on the glass, uniformly coating the edge of the glass.
S: Very berry-forward mixed with some yeast, lemon and grass. The smell screams mosaic.
T: Honestly really nice. Mixed berry, citrus, papaya and banana all present, with a crackery yeast flavor that is in the background. Finish is semi-dry with some floral flavor, but the fruit presence really shines.
F: Very light, both in body and weight. Moderate in carbonation with a crisp finish.
O: I am very surprised by this one, and this may be my favorite I've yet to have from Sonoma Springs. At such a low abv, this makes it even more enjoyable. I am very glad to try, and I would recommend. Cheers!
