appearance: pours a cloudy pale yellow, well carbonated, slight foamy lacing.
smell: sweet and earthy with a light wheat undertone.
taste: begins crisp, elements of wheat and grain, pronounced sweet undertones, finishes with a clean bitterness.
drinkability: elements of both a blonde and witbier, fruity wheat taste and pislner hops, not a bad attempt for a small batch varietal.
