Not recommended. There is sort of a fruity flavor but rather dark. I guess the hibiscus gives it a little tang. I wanted something lighter than my goto, Founder's Rübæus, but this isn't it. Sorry I didn't really make a study of it, I just knocked back a six pack of cans
