A: Dark brown with a ruby tinge and a little visible movement assumed to be carbonation. Topped with 5 fingers of beige head with not so ok retention.
S: Young coconut flesh, not the sometimes found in barrel aging coconut, just strangely found in this lager. Toasted malts, slight coffee water, coco dust, burnt toast.
T: Burnt toast, light sweetness, light caramel, snow, almost coke like quality.
M: Medium body, soda like carbonation.
O: For the style, I’ve certainly had worse, and this is not bad. Found and drank in Kunming, Jan 31st, 2015.
