Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass on a Princess Cruise.
L: Pours a clear dark golden/amber color. Two fingers of off-white head. Reasonable lacing.
S: Bready malts and brown sugar.
T/F: Mildly sweet toasted malts... bready and rich, nicely balanced with some bitter hops. Traces of dark sugars. Medium mouthfeel and decent carbonation.
O: A surprisingly good red ale brewed for Princess Cruise Lines by the Denali Brewing Co. Much better than I was expecting to find on the boat, and very sessionable.
