This is only the 2nd chocolate cherry stout I have ever had, and it is miles above the 1st (from Oliver's, a brewpub in Baltimore).
This choc cherry stout has a very noticeable dessert-cherry scent & flavor to it. The chocolate is more of an undertone. It is only slightly carbonated, but still carbonated enough to avoid the Guinness draught style flatness. It also features an attractive, large creamy head. The mouthfeel is kind of thin for a stout, but overall I found this to be a very tasty beer that I would readily order again.
