A - Dirty red, kinda brownish but not, no lacing but some OK head.
S - Smells malty with some hops in there but not much.
T - Taste is malty with a considerable amount of hops for a ale. Kinda thin, but what do you expect out of a normal red ale. Pretty tasty but easy drinking for the beginner.
M - Feels a little fizzy but not too bad, goes down smooth with some nice minimal aftertaste.
D - Drinks great for a session ale, if you want to stay on track. Pretty good for a house brew, $3 a pint on HH so I will work this one a little here & there. Easy drinker, session ale status maybe, and has a malty/slight hop backing to it. Not bad.

Appearance - This was brownish-orange in color with red tints around the edges and a nice, lasting head.
Smell - The light malts formed a nice, firm base to the full, grassy hops. There was also a small amount of caramel-laden sweetness to round out this lovely bouquet.
Taste - The rich red malty flavors really came alive at the taste and were balanced well with the sharp grassy hops. This was a big Irish mix of malt and hops that will hold anyone's interest.
Mouthfeel - This is a solid medium-bodied in the cheeks with light but firm effervescence and a clean, bitter, malty finish.
Drinkability - Their flagship ale is big and highly entertaining.

On-tap at Callahan's
A: A light amber colored pour with a nice fluffy off-white head to it.
S: The aroma is primarily of toasted bread and sweet caramel, but there is a distinct off-note that I've noticed in several other red ales.
T: This one opens up with a caramel sweetness along with toasted bread and biscuity malts. There is a touch of floral hops and a mild bitterness.
M: Thin-medium in body with a tingly carbonation.
D: This was much maltier than I prefer in a red/amber ale, but still passable.
