On-tap at Callahan's, San Diego.
Pour a clear tarnished copper color. Film-like head (not much there) - not a very "nitro" look to it. Has a very light malt aroma. Tastes of light malts with some florals, though at the finish there's a little kick from the hops. Light-bodied and mostly smooth, but it lacks the creaminess you'd expect from a nitro beer. A decent beer, but hard to believe it is nitro as it is mostly lacking in that look, feel, and taste. The flavors are ok, but nothing memorable. I think this is supposed to be a wannabe Kilkenny, but it falls short.
