Trying to stick to old school styles.
EPA pour, though a bit cloudy for the style. Smells biscuity and soft with no off nodes, which is a big deal for a brewpub mild.
Tastes... Good. Up front, especially, the hit the nail on the head, with delicate biscuit, toffee, and a light, intentional touch of diacytyl. The aftertaste is a wee bit brewpubby with a light hint of soap. Still, pretty good.
