Poured a clear coppery amber color with thin cream colored head. OK retention and lacing. Smells of honey, lemon, spices, and toast. Tastes of lemon, sweet toasted malts, biscuit, and honey, with a light grassy finish. Medium in body with good carbonation. Smooth and crisp with a light bittering finish. Fairly easy to drink, a decent maibock.
