Served as a brilliant yellow beer with moderate white puffy head. Smell is very light with only a very slight sweet fruity note found. Taste is also very light with a bare wisp of sweetness present. Finishes very rfreshing, but not much else. Good beer to appease the Bud Light drinkers.

Off tap at the brewery this beer was a clear, straw gold color with one finger of white head. The retention was not bad and it left spots of lacing. The aroma was light, crystal and pale malt along with a light note of hops. The flavors were simple but clean and refreshing. Pale malt, sweet malt and a crisp finish. For a light beer it had genuine flavor and was well worth the try. The mouthfeel was average, the body light and the carbonation appropriate.

For the style, this beer is very good. Yes, Sams and others have done well with producing a light beer that doesn't taste light, at the expense of people that actually enjoy the "taste" of light beer (I'm playing DA here). This is a great session beer for anyone trying to save on calories or playing DD for the night, at less than 4% abv.

A- Yellow with virtually no head.

S- Slightly sweet and clean, just enough bitterness to know it's a beer.

T- See S.

M- Light and refreshing.

D- A great session beer if you don't like the taste of a real beer.

Appearance - Pours a clear, bright straw color with an ok head and not much lacing. The head dissipates fairly quickly as well.
Smell - Bready malts.
Taste - Good bready malt flavor and some sweetness.
Mouthfeel - Light mouthfeel with a crisp finish.
Drinkability - This is a great session beer when you're out at the bar, specifically in comparison to a bud/miller/coors option.

I gave this one a high drinkability score because I'm sure you could enjoy glass after glass. But why? (Think style... it's a light beer!) OK, so pale yellow in the glass; nothing in the nose... a few bubbles and when it hits your tongue it's watery. Slight malt with a rusty hops afterbite. But even that isn't enough to save this one. Yes, it's a great beer (as lights go) but others (e.g., Sam Adams, et al) have done so much better with the style.
