Padre Pale ale is fermented on the hops and yeast of the Hopnotic. Gives you a lighter, very drinkable beer with some of the Hopnotic's character.
A - Off white head, VERY clear light amber, sticky lace.
S - Sweet malt upfront backed by mostly Centennial hops. A perfume scent is noticeable.
T - Solid well balanced combination of malt and hop, with a lighter overall feel.
M - Very balance and enjoy the perfume smell integrating with the taste.
D - Easy to drink, for sure. Lots of big beer attributes in a smaller package.
