A-Looked good, solid red color, good head. This looks like it should.
S-Nice hop aroma, and caramel malt aroma. Smells nice, but there is a slight weird smell to it.
T-Something to be desired here. It is almost like there is something missing. Either they used the wrong type of yeast for the beer, or they skimped on some grain variety. This one just seems to miss the mark a bit. I felt the whole time that this either needed more hops, or more malt back bone. Probably more malt to fit the style. However, more hops would have masked their brewing shortcomings. I'm not a professional brewer, but I make a better more balanced Irish Red then this place. Somethings missing.
M-Good mouthfeel for the style, but the taste killed it.
O-I'm not going to be buying this one again.

Gorgeous sorrel color - like the coat of a luminous Irish setter - with refined clarity and gentle head and lace. The beer has a nutty, alt-ish quality with greenleaf hops and no particular aroma. Though the beer's expression is restrained, it delivers clean, simple attributes that are easily appreciated. Worthy.
