One finger head... Dark copper, not quite black.
Medium bodied, roasty and chocolatey. Not at all watery.
This is up there with the black butte. Not a weak porter as with some others. Plenty rich and it improves as it warms. As a porter fan this is a top 3 porter.

Chocolaty, especially in the nose, with flattering coffee roast flavor. Medium-bodied with customary porter qualities in deep ruby brown with minimal lace. Low intensity overall, but still showing targeted flavor and an especially inviting fragrance. Not a powerhouse, but very workable.
