Can you call this a hefe, really? Poor excuse for a hefe. Very thin bodied, no cloudiness. Admittedly, a very drinkable beer in the hot summer months, but if you are looking for a true hefe, true to the style, this is not it

almost a gose in the smell..... slightly tart in the taste, but very very, very thin; almost watery. very amateurish and unrefined, but drinkable.... a little. can is absolute cartoon....

Pours a surprisingly clear medium gold, finger and a half of white head dissipates quickly to a light film of bubbles. There is some yeast at the bottom of the bottle.
Aroma is faint, sweet malt and straw
Flavor hit some classic weizen notes, clove and banana are notable. Some caramel on the back. No real breadiness from the wheat
Mouthfeel is thin and overly still for a weizen.
Overall a nice hot weather brew. Hit some of the classic wheat beer notes, misses others
