Brown 500ml bottle poured into a Veltins 0.2 litre stemmed tulip glass.
My fourth and final beer from this brewery (unless I find another one somewhere on my travels).
Pours a nice dark gold, darker than most German Pilsners/Lagers. The normal pure white head sat on top for each pour.
The aroma had a hint of nuts, otherwise the regular Pilsner no-smell that almost all have.
Good blend of hops and malts, add the nuts from the smell and you get a very good Pilsner.
Better body and depth of flavours normally associated with a Pilsner, this was almost full-bodied and creamy.
Easy to drink and one of the best German Pilsners that I've ever had.
