Our Red IPA was designed to be a "session IPA", medium copper in color, crisply bitter, but slightly drier than your average IPA. We’ve finished and dry-hopped it with Fuggle hops for a mellow, earthy flavor and aroma. This very drinkable beer will complement your food and won’t crush your palate. Pair with strong spicy foods such as curry and bold sweet desserts like carrot cake. Best served 45-52F.

22oz bottle. Poured out a clear, golden red color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of roasted malt, toasted caramel and pine. Malty and very sweet.

Poured from the bottle a hazy rust color with two fingers of rich beige head. Wet lacing left behind.
Aroma of ripe red berry, cherry and acidic notes. Light caramel malts in the back.
The taste had the red berry and tart cherry notes from the aroma. The caramel malts were more upfront than in the aroma. Light metallic bitter notes in the finish.
Medium bodied and slick with a moderate carbonation.
A decent IPA but nothing real special.
