Served this EPA on tap at the brewery in a pint glass. Poured hazy golden color, produced a nice white head, retention was very good and the lacing was also very good. The aroma was of pale malt, sweet grain and grassy Japanese Sorachi Hops. Nice medium body, pale malt flavor that is very sweet and gives way to nice grassy bitter hops. Excellent session beer- very well balanced- The Sorachi Hops that are used in this brew that are gaining popularity with craft brewers and renders a unique twist on the Pale Ale. Nice work crafting this beer.
