On tap at the brewpub. Dark yellow and very yeasty with a large, creamy, stable bloom. It smells of clove and indefinable aromas, it could be old yeast. The body is lean and not very pronounced. Lots of brewing water and little clove on the palate. Plus the mustiness I've already smelled. Overall, little residual sweetness and little flavor. A little bitter in the aftertaste. There are better Hefeweizens out there.
