On tap at Crazy Harry's in Winnetka, CA.
Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a foamy white head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Thick rings of lace line the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, wheat, earth, spice, and herb aromas. Taste is much the same with wheat, spice, yeast, and slight citrus fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness and an alcohol kick on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer is tasty but packs a fairly strong alcohol kick that I wasn't expecting.

Fine-grained white foam on the golden amber brew poured in the Affligem chalice. Pleasantly tangy and tingly in the mouth. Aromas of peaches and pineapple. This is a good one.
Sweet without being unctuous. The Belgian yeasty flavors are very much forward with just enough drying out toward the finish. They say "chamomile and coriander" but fortunately the spice is restrained. Meaty and fruity with a liqueur-like sweet intensity that evolves into that elegantly yeasty delicious flavor. Just a faint bitterness.
This has been a surprise to me, that these "Imperial" witbier experiments have been so good. I suppose you could quibble and say this is really a Tripel, but it would be one of the best Tripels I've ever have. In any case, for a higher alcohol brew, this is not a bad style to amp up. From the 22 oz bottle bought at Bottlecraft in San Diego.
