On tap at Tony's Darts Away in Burbank, CA.
Pours a murky brown with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, roasted nut, and slight soy sauce aromas. Taste is much the same with toasted malt and herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a hop profile that leans more towards the herbal side of the spectrum.
