Golden amber color with plenty of white foam in the really big Duvel tulip. Clean mineral aroma with a hint of lime peel. Sudsy mouthfeel.
Beady and biscuity malt with a citrus hop tang. Some warm and honey-toned malt. Fruity with just an edge of bitterness.
Pleasant and quite drinkable but the sediment is eager to jump into the game. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Texas Liquors in Carlsbad.

Appearance: Slightly hazy straw yellow color with a fairly small white head that stuck around.
Smell: Piney hop aromas dominate with some mild citrus aromas.
Taste:The pine aromas carry over to the taste along with the mild citrus notes. The finish is smooth ending with the pine notes from the nose.
Mouth-feel: Light to medium bodied with a modest level of carbonation. All good here.
Overall: Good Pale Ale.

Pours a hazy gold with a foamy bone head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. No lacing on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and tropical fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, earth, and tropical fruit flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop and earth bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is good beer with a nice mix of citrus and tropical qualities with the hops used in this one.
