Kinda like watching an episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians, this one is kind of rough. At 9%, it hits way too hard like Gary Cooper jack hammering away in The Fountainhead. It’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t get it again.

Hops are listed as Summit, Citra, and Galaxy. They even give you the percentage of each. It's an interesting combination that I can't every remember seeing, but Eagle Rock has produced the most delicious rounded, fruity big IPA. Pours clear orangey amber with plenty of foam in the Piraat tulip.
Moderately sweet, boldly aromatic, and just moderately bitter. Peach and mango flavors and aromas, with some orange marmalade. There is just a touch of grapefruit and perhaps a hint of onion. This makes me want to throw out the "juicy" murky IPAs that are cluttering my fridge. This is like the best of the Stone Enjoy By DIPAs, but a little sweeter.
Well balanced, just sharp enough, and endlessly aromatic. From the 16 oz can purchased at Barons Market in San Diego. I'm going back to buy whatever they have left. I love the bold labels from Eagle Rock.

On-tap at THG. Snifter.
A: Deep dark golden with a thin greasy white film of foam. Lasting collar; spotty soapy lace.
S: Earthy herb garden nose with a touch of sweet tropical fruit nectar and leafy bitterness. Dank smelling with an almost rye-like spiciness.
T: Very fruity and fresh hop flavor of sweet tropical fruit nectar mixed with a kiss of citrus juice and bitter pith. Light earthy herbal flavor in the finish, with herbal green bitterness in the aftertaste mixed with linger sweet juicy hop flavor. More dank and spicy as the beer warms. Bitterness is strong and crisp with a clean bite.
M: Medium body with a juicy, greasy, and slick mouthfeel full of fresh hop oils. Drying finish despite sweetness. Lingering herbal earthy bitterness. Alcohol is hidden very well, drinks like a single IPA.
