This is one of ERB’s summer beers that are meant for hot weather. This one fits just about perfectly into that category.
A- light yellow, hazy with a white medium head
S- dank and lemony, really nice
F- thin and light, similar mouth feel to a kombucha
M- slightly sweet with dank hops and a lemon zest finish. More lemon oil than lemon juice.
O- in my opinion this is the perfect hot weather beer, especially if you want more than one. A unique and special offering for sure.
